ESS is a system that stores the surplus power left after use and sends it to places where power is insufficient or needed. ESS consists of three configurations: BMS, PCS, and EMS. It is similar to the auxiliary batteries we use in our daily lives, but ESS is a kind of large-capacity battery. 

ESS stores excessively generated power without throwing it away, enabling efficient energy consumption and stable power supply. It is a device that compensates for the unstable supply limit, which is considered a typical defect of renewable energy such as solar and wind power.
